Janis Anastassiou
CEO / Chief Growth Officer
With over 15 years of in C-suite roles in financial services and FinTech, Janis brings a proven track record in driving sustainable growth across global markets. She has successfully led organisations through market expansions, regulatory challenges, and strategic transformations.
Janis’s approach to growth blends strategic vision with deep operational insight, aligning commercial objectives with technological innovation, compliance, and customer-centric strategies.
Known for her ability to unlock new opportunities and scale business verticals, her expertise spans go-to-market strategy, licensing, cross-border expansion, and the integration of growth-enabling technologies. Janis bridges vision with execution to accelerate value creation and long-term success.
Alex Verrico
Chief Technical Officer
A highly proficient, and meticulous coder with years of industry experience, Alex is currently well-versed in every aspect of the Eyeonic IT system and has the required skills and knowledge to continue providing Eyeonic with its technical needs.
He has a deep knowledge of technical aspects of the software in a way that aligns the development to ISO13485, ISO 14971 and IEC62304
Martin Goodrich

Over 45 years of professional services experience as a Chartered Accountant, and former Senior Partner of Findex (Aust). Currently, working with several technology-enabled start ups, family offices and various large fund managers. Martin focuses on delivering services , such as governance, business and financial strategy, capital raising and all related functions to assist his clients implement their business plans.
Chris Batrouney

Chris is an experienced business professional with over 20 years in private companies, focusing in investments, property, and private enterprises. As CEO of his family office, he brings expertise in strategy, risk management, governance, and SME operations. Chris has a strong foundation in accounting and is passionate about people and culture. His strategic mindset and deep understanding of business dynamics enable him to drive sustainable growth and create long-term value across diverse industries.

Drawing from over 25 years of impactful consulting experience across various sectors, including technology, finance, government, and private equity. With an MBA from Monash University and completing the company director’s course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Paul amalgamates his passion for innovation and rigorous project management discipline to oversee a spectrum of successful ventures.
